Via Slack
Prospects during active POCs and paying customers can reach us on their private Slack channel with Loft. You create a support ticket by tagging a message or thread with the 🎫 emoji. This will prompt you to complete the support form, creating the ticket.
Users of the Open Source products should post issues in the product-specific public slack channel: #vCluster, #DevPod, #Loft, #DevSpace.

Via MS-Team
Prospects, during active POCs and paying customers, can reach us on their private MS-Teams channel with Loft. Just write a new post. It will create a support ticket.
Via Loft Support Portal
The loft support portal is available at https://portal.usepylon.com/loft.
Login is done using your email address. You must have a valid portal user before you can log in.
After login, create a new support ticket using the “New Ticket” button.
Via email
Email sent to support@loft.sh generates a new support ticket.
